Quick Funds Prime is a loan brokerage platform that connects applicants with a network of licensed lending partners. We do not directly provide loans. All lending decisions are made by our partner institutions in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

2. Eligibility

To use our services and submit a loan application, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be a legal resident or citizen of the country of application
• Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information
• Have a valid bank account in your name
• Not be currently in bankruptcy proceedings

3. Loan Applications

Submitting an application does not guarantee loan approval. Approval is subject to each lender's individual criteria, including but not limited to credit score, income verification, and debt-to-income ratio. Quick Funds Prime does not guarantee any minimum or maximum loan amount, interest rate, or repayment term.

All loan terms, rates, and conditions are determined solely by the lending partner. We strongly encourage you to read all loan documentation carefully before accepting any offer.

4. Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information in your application. Providing false or misleading information may result in immediate rejection of your application, cancellation of any approved loan, and potential legal consequences.

5. Free Platform Access

Quick Funds Prime does not require any payment to submit a loan application or use our platform. If you are asked for any upfront payment before receiving a loan, this is not from us — please report it immediately.

6. Third-Party Lenders

Once your application is submitted, it may be shared with one or more of our lending partners. Each lender operates under their own terms and conditions, privacy policy, and applicable law. We are not responsible for the actions or decisions of third-party lenders.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and code — is the property of Quick Funds Prime and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. Reproduction or redistribution without written consent is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability
